How much is the live stream?
Pricing is listed on each event’s ordering page.
What payment methods are accepted?
Major credit and debit cards including MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. PayPal is also accepted with your account funds or bank account. You may also checkout via PayPal without an account using your credit or debit card. Apple Pay and Google Checkout are available on supported devices.
How do I purchase access to the live stream event?
New customers:
- Visit https://parkwayvideo.com/live.
- Select single day access or all access.
- Start the checkout process by setting up an account with your name, email, and password.
- Complete the checkout process by entering your payment details.
- Click the link on the thank you confirmation page, visit https://parkwayvideo.com/live, or see the link in your order confirmation email.
When will I be charged for the live stream?
Your payment amount will be charged when you make your purchase. Live stream access is a single, one-time fee. You will not be subscribed to any service or have any reoccurring payments.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
Live stream purchases are non-refundable, unless the event is cancelled due to force majeure as outlined in the terms of service. If the event is cancelled, purchases will receive a full refund to the original payment method. An email notification will be sent when each refund is processed. Refunds may take up to four weeks to appear on your billing statement depending on payment method.
How secure is my payment and personal information?
All personal data is handled via SSL. Your payment information is used only for your one-time order. We do not store your payment information unless you opt-in during the checkout process.
Account Access
I purchased, but am getting a “Oops. You do not have permission to access this page.” message. What do I do?
Please make sure you are logged in on My Account. If you purchased a single day access, this message will appear if it is an alternate day or before the coverage has started. Refresh the page closer to the coverage start time. You may also contact us at hello@parkwayvideo.com for assistance.
What if I forgot my username or password?
Your username is the email you provided at checkout. To reset your password, visit My Account and use the lost password link. You will need to enter the email address you used at checkout and access your inbox to retrieve password reset instructions. What if my email address is incorrect?
Log in using your old or incorrect email address. You can update your information on My Account. You may also contact us at hello@parkwayvideo.com for assistance with accessing your account.
Can I watch from multiple devices?
Our system will only enable access to the live stream event to one paid customer per account user, from one device at a time. You may log out and log in with a different device to continue watching.
How I do resume watching the event later on?

Live Stream Access
What time does coverage start and end?
Coverage begins at the start of each session as listed on the event overview. Please be aware that the posted time is the local time for the tournament.
Find the local start time for your area using a time zone converter.
I am unable to watch the event live. Can I view the event on demand at a later time or date?
No. Live stream events are viewable live, as it occurs. There are no DVR, time-shifting, rewind, or replay options. For a permanent recording, you may purchase a DVD or USB Flash Drive of the event.

Can I order this live stream on pay-per-view cable? What channel is it on?
Live stream events are only available on the Internet through most PC, Mac, tablets, or mobile devices.
Are there any blackout regions or geo-restrictions for the live stream?
Live streams are available for viewing worldwide, provided that your payment can be processed and there are no Internet restrictions for your area.
Technical Issues
What devices can access the live stream?
You can view the live stream event from most PC, Mac, tablets, or mobile devices. A high-speed Internet connection is required. We support the following browsers and operating systems:

- Firefox for Desktop 42+
- IE11+ for Windows 8.1+

Why is the video choppy or skipping?
The live stream cannot maintain a connection to your device. Please make sure you are connected to a high-speed Internet connection and close any other browser tabs or open applications. You need a connection download speed of at least 2mbps to view the live stream event. You can check your current connection speed by running this speed test. We also recommend clearing your browser’s cache and ensuring that Adobe Flash and your browser are up-to-date. If you are using a wireless connection, try a wired connection or move closer to your base station.
Can I test out the live stream before purchasing?
Yes. View a sample video on the live testing page from the device you are planning to view the live stream from.
How do I view a video in full screen?
On a computer or tablet: Move your mouse over the lower right corner of the video player and click the expanding brackets icon to enter Full Screen mode. Press the ESC key on your keyboard to return to normal size. On mobile devices, the video is presented in full screen by default.
Can I watch the live stream on my TV?
The best way to enjoy the live stream on your TV is to mirror the display of your desktop or mobile browser through an HDMI cable. You can also mirror your display wirelessly using a Chromecast device or Apple TV. Using a Roku browser or Smart TV browser is not currently supported.
How do I request a refund?
Live stream purchases are non-refundable. We are happy to assist you if you are having trouble viewing the live stream. Simply press the Help/? icon and we can help troubleshoot your issue. Technical issues and problems must be reported before the conclusion of the event.
